No..... Lucky me my mom told me so many lies about results if I did this or that. My sins were very limited while young. Simple stuff except for the 2 bottles of wine. lol
And after being in so many faiths and churchs I just started to study and pray. And gain my own insight.
What helped the most was what I learned in the Nam in L.R.R.P. When I was living in a cave above Boulder, CO. I started using it again. And it was to look back at each day and see (in the Nam we had 3-5 day patrols where we each needed to remember so much to express at debrifing) how I could have done better or acted this way over the way I had choosen. I still do it. With the focus being walking in Honor or as close as I can..
My temper is my weakest now.

Well, you learn something new every day. I never thought about an (retrospective) assessment plan for every day life. What a neat thing to think about!
Beats woulda- coulda -shoulda all to heck, and replaces it with: I will ;I can ;I should now...
