Like I said a couple of months back, Israel is so surrounded by enemies. Do the rockets fired from Gaza (55 last weekend fired from Gaza to Israel) make the news media that you all follow? I just follow the Israeli news media.

Rarely. And when they do it's usually page 13, next to the ads for "Big Larry's Mattress Emporium - Your local source for quality used mattresses."

The Israeli government is scared like the cowards and lefties they are what the world opinion would be if they did that. Screw what the world thinks. Israel does so much to appease everyone and it is about time she was the strong Israel of old who gained respect, not the weakling State it is now.

Disgusting, isn't it? Grads, Katushas and Qassams fired into Israel almost daily and sometimes many daily, aimed at civilians, and it doesn't even make the news. Just shows how bias the media is. I agree. Israel has become like the Israel of the OT when it was under an unrighteous king. Worshipping at the idols of political expediency (right up to sacrificing their children their children on that altar) and entering into covenant with their enemies instead of destroying them as God commanded so that they wouldn't be detroying thier children or teaching them to sacrifice their children to their gods.

Did you ever notice how the Muslims are very willing to send thier children to thier deaths to promote thier own well-being - kind of like the people who lived in the same area 4,000 years ago who "passed thier children through the fire" to gain the favor of thier gods of wood and stone?? The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Israel is almost always on a war footing, but because of the Arab spring and other matters, plus not only the threat from Egypt, but from Lebanon and Syria, if there is a war it will be huge, not just a skirmish.

Two Grad missiles fired by Gaza terrorists disrupt the calm of the Sabbath in Netivot. One woman treated for shock.

The calm of the Sabbath was disrupted on Friday 12 October evening as two Grad missiles fired by Gaza-based terrorists exploded in the city of Netivot, Channel 2 News reported.

At around 7:30 p.m., residents of the city, some of whom were in the midst of their Shabbat dinner, heard the “red alert” siren. Shortly afterwards the two missiles exploded, one of them exploding in the yard of a home.

There were no physical injuries or damages, but one woman suffered shock and was treated by paramedics.

Gaza-based terrorists have fired more than 60 rockets at southern Israel this past week, most of which have fallen in open areas. The escalation in rocket attacks began after an Israeli air strike on Sunday in Gaza hit two Global Jihad terrorists.

The terrorists responded by firing over 50 rockets at Israel during the holiday of Simchat Torah alone, (last weekend) with more being fired in the days that followed.

On Wednesday night, IAF aircraft struck a center of terrorist activity in northern Gaza. On Tuesday night, IAF aircraft hit a terror tunnel in northern Gaza, after terrorists fired three Kassam rockets at southern Israel.
