I live in a 250 square foot cabin, all you have to do is be organized and have a good storage system. Having 5 acres and a nice sized barn helps too lol.

I don't get sea sick. I have had a boat of one kind or another since I was 6 years old. Started with a motorized pram my dad built and went up to a 27 foot Tanzer sloop,

Cathy and I like to charter in the Caribbean.

Live-a-board is my bucket list. That's all that is on the bucket list.

Remember, sailors don't ever get old. They just get a little dinghy.

Thanx.

We currently own a 26 ft Maxum Sunbridge cruiser with our son in the harbor at Hartford CT. Nice for weekend boating fun but too small for the big pond.
I want a blue water craft and I like this older style.

But a nice modern 49-50 foot Beneteau would work out just fine.

viva a vida = living a life

I've known several people including my grandpa who lived on boats at retirement. one guy who was rich started his early a family down in texas had a houseboat
a lot of people like that used to stop in at the ports around my hometown in florida~which if you don't be careful can be addicting cause a lot of things are convenient and especially by the bay it's very beautiful.
once I saw a restored ship or remade with portholes and cannon and an ornate bow.

We actually looked at live-a-board life back in the mid nineties after selling my first packaging company. But my Father-in-law would have been left alone when we moved to the coast. There just isn't a live-a-board community here in St Louis MO.

The Old squirt just will not die, so here we are 20 years later. He is only 93. And he's my best friend. so....; "No hurry dad."

I could do that.
Go for it, Franc.

I read somewhere once that Florence Henderson (Brady Bunch Mom) lives on a boat.
