Ryan wants to cut VA benefits, but give tax cuts to rich

Do away with Medicare as we know it, obliterate Medicaid, now this? All so that they can give their rich friends a tax cut.

I'm not sure I can get my voice to the amplitude that it needs to be at (cause I ain't rich and I don't own a corporation or a politician), but I will be working on my voice to see how many people it can reach to stop this madness.

This agenda is called "MediScare" for a reason...

Just a reminder...Obama's budget plan recieved a vote of 0 for to 97 against...

Yep, if you're a Democrat Ryan should be on your Christmas list. He's going to get a lot of Dem seats the way he's going. Wonder if he's on the DNC payroll?

Don't worry now some Vet with earned Bennie's will do what needs doing if this guy keeps it up. I am

some of our older citizen haven't already.

I am thinking out loud not suggesting anything. Honest.

But I won't do it... And really hope other Vets do not either.

And the "R's" had better shut this guy up A.S.A.P. or like salty said the "D's" will gain seats and when his comes up for reelection he will be out of a job, if our older population and the Vets have enough vote along with those of the Dem Party.

I have to say this really makes me very disappointed in all of the "R's" unless they speak out against this, and Ryan.

Now for sure my vote goes to any Independent, or no vote at all. This is the stupidest thing to come out of DC in a long while.

And no less while we are at war in 3 areas of the M.E. making more Vets every year and they say some rates of P.T.S.D. is at 20%+.

I understand that at one time after ten years a Vet could not be cut. Then it went to 20 years.

So some might not be included but knowing our govt. they will be included. I guess we our Korean and the few WWII Vets are not dying off as fast as they like..

Now this is still wrong as my WWII & Korean War father does go to the VA now that they stopped allowing him as well as many others to go to the Army Hospital and he has to co pay.
His last test cost him $120.00 with the meds.

And is wrong to not allow any Vet to not be allowed in a VA, period.

All I know is my husband has been out since 63 or 64 and can go to VA for most things. I don't know if it is because he is Vietnam era or if they allow all to do that?

A Vet is a Vet to me but there may be different rules for each war dunno.

I spent so much time researching his and my father-in-law's benefits and going from run-around #1 through the paces-almost as if I was back at the old VA Hospt down south years back trying to chase someone down to get them to check that this guy (not my husband) only had one kidney.

So true and to save $ let them stop with the new add ons evey years at most VA Hospitals, like new ceiling, new floor tile etc. when what is there is still working and in no need of repair.

Sense I have gone to this VA from 84 to now each year they do things like this, but never keep up with modern medicine or the newer equipment found in most Hospitals.
