Not surprising at all that the war protesters and the left leaning MSM have all but ignored this now that obama is in office. The problem they have though is that the American people are stupid and can see obama for what he is, and that my friends is why his approval rating is so low.

And i agree, it looks like, the Anti-War left has Mostly left the building.
Seems mostly it's the truly Ideological anti-war folks have held on. Cindy Sheehan is still loudly protesting the Wars but the "right wing media" or is it "left wing media" (Hard to tell some times) doesn't show her at Obama's vacation spots protesting. She lost a lot of politically well placed "friends" who she feels now just used her to get votes for Obama and demon-crats.

the republicans are the same though, just on different issues.

This is my opinion about where the war protesters are...we are weary, worn out, ignored by MSM, exhausted from shouting and no one listening.

We are still writing our congresspeople, the White House, and talking about it amongst ourselves. Some are still writing LTTEs.

Do you find it odd that the MSM all of the sudden ignores you now that the president has a 'D' after his name?

I was against going into Iraq, still am.

I was for trying to go after Bin Laden.

I'm mixed about Afghanistan.

I am for the no-fly zone in Libya

It is far from sudden.

The MSM always ignored war protests...sometimes, if it was a big protest in DC or a big city, CSPAN would cover it, but there was very little more than a mention of marches that had 100,000 people or more. If President Bush was in a big city and there were protesters, they would be moved to "free speech zones" blocks away so they would be out of sight, out of mind as far as the media was concerned.

That is but one reason that liberals laugh out loud when someone mentions the "liberal media".
