September 11 suspect to be tried at Guantanamo Bay

I thought the guy (going by the picture) was dead already , but maye I'm thinking of another terrorist?

What difference should it make that he is not tried in civilian court? If this was a war crime/ct of war, I would think a military trial was fine.

Agreed... This 10 years has been so political in nature over this one item.

Funny how POTUS Obama picked today to start his run for another term.

Then later this from E. Holder trying to blame Congress for the Justice Department having to give in. Not mentioning that the Congress was very bi-partisan.

Yet the Congress (both sides) stopped the funding to have them tried in Federal Court.

Now I hope that this one trial gets started and justic is served, for the sake of the families who lost members on 9-11-2001.

And all the first responders and their families.
