It would be nice if someone reminded Obama that the treaty that "cannot be delayed" was negotiated by him SEVEN F**KING MONTHS AGO!!!!!

He's had since April 8th, 2010 to have Reid bring this up for vote...He was more than happy to have it delayed while he was signing away on unemployment benefits and new financial regulations bills...

But what's that?...An election happened that handed him his own ass?...
