He was the youngest at 43, the youngest to die in office, and the first Roman Catholic to be elected. Sorry, love history. The real stuff, not what they trump up in classes nowadays.

The correct answer is Theodore Roosevelt, he was 42 when McKinley was assassinated and he assumed office. JFK was 43 when he was elected.
