Default Tortured for 5 years, then released while never being charged with a crime!

You GWOT lovers make me sick!

Let's get this out there right off the bat...

You skumbags who support the GWOT:
  • are evil and inhuman
  • know nothing about being an American
  • are a cancer to the human race
  • have no connection with the divinity
  • are the biggest cowards on the planet
  • are the biggest liars on the planet
  • are the biggest hypocrites on the planet
And as simply as I can put, are just disgusting people!

Why do I take this position? Because what follow's, is the crap and garbage you people support and defend.

A man who had done nothing wrong was taken off a bus and sold by Pakistani police for $3,000 and labeled as a "German Taliban".

And for this label, the guy was beaten for 5 years, beaten as he was manacled to the floor of the plane; beaten on a stretcher; beaten for trying to sleep; beaten for not properly folding his blanket.

Have you ever been IRF'd? Then shut-up!

He said guards "...never tired of beating us, laughing all the while".

Laughing as they were beating people! That is sick, disgusting, inhuman and has nothing to do with being an American or what this country is about. Yet it is what you ****ers have turned this country into.

He said, "...guards even tortured a blind man who was older than 90 the same way the rest of us were".

Beating a 90 year old man? And you wonder why I call you people nazis.

And you f-ing tea baggers spouting how you love the Constitution, how come I don't hear any of you voicing your outrage over this?

Quote:
It should be noted that U.S. and German authorities had decided as early as 2002 that Kurnaz was innocent, that he really was a student of the Koran in Pakistan when he had been seized by bounty hunters and sold to the Americans as a “terrorist." Yet they continued his abuse for years.
How can it be, in a country full of you Constitution loving American's who obey the law, can look the other way or say nothing about a person being tortured and imprisoned after we knew he was innocent?

Obama, you go to hell! By not prosecuting that ****er before you, you have done more harm to this country, than a thousand 9/11's!

Torture was not confined to a few bad apples at Abu Ghraib; it was a systemic problem starting at the very top of government and was the standard operating procedure towards detainees.

And before any of you creaton's start claiming this guy is lying, I think I should inform you that the same claims were made by FBI agents who witnessed some of the mistreatment and actually reported it to their superiors.

Quote:
FBI agents at Guantanamo even opened a file that they labeled “war crimes” to document the systematic violations of the Geneva Conventions and laws against torture that they witnessed – before being told by superiors to close the file.
So were the FBI agents (who were there and filed reports), liars as well?

Or how 'bout the ICRC? They basically said the same thing in a 2007 report. Are they liars too?

I hope some heads roll on that, I don't like beatings...they go right through me to hear about them. Caning is another one that makes me flinch. I think Chinese water torture would be sufficient to get info from the scumbags we collect on the battlefield, and get the info from them in order to stay one step ahead of them. Of course there are too many people out there that still falsely believe that AQ is not a threat, we have nothing to worry about, and blah-blah-blah...

Of course no one seems to want to move fast enough to put these chumps through a military tribunal. Instead we have liberals who want to use more taxpayer money, and bring these savages to a civilian court. And we have mindless, shameless, lawyers who jerk themselves mad to fall all over the terrorists to represent them. What does that say about the mentality of the country.

Have you ever heard the expression, "A person is innocent until proven guilty"?

Who are these savages and terrorists you are referring too? This story is about people who were called terrorists, treated like terrorists; however, never charged with terrorism and, as it turns out, never were terrorists.

Our laws are set up to allow the guilty to go free, instead of punishing the innocent for crimes they didn't commit. Unfortunately, we don't seem to care about the innocent anymore.

I know "innocent until proven guilty..." it's others who tend to not know. (like those who hate tea parties. you know I am razzin' you, right?) There are plenty of terrorists in Gitmo with a long rap sheet detailing their crimes and actions against the U.S. Those are the terrorists/savages I refer to. I am aware a lot of people were held there, for many years, without being charged with any discernable crimes...that irks me. I also think many are let go prematurely, and we have seen a large amount go back to killing soldiers on the battlefield. It would be nice to see the political bs get out of the way, and military tribunals set up and running, so we could move things through. The truly innocent can go free, the guilty can be dealt with properly, and reality comes back to what we are dealing with.

If we suspect someone has committed an act of terrorism, I am of the opinion that we should charge them with that crime. Put them in front of a jury of their peers, let due process of law do it's thing and if they are found guilty, I have no problem locking them up for the rest of their life.

No matter who you are, or what you've done, everyone on this planet deserves do process of law. And besides, civilian courts have a much higher conviction rate. I'd like nothing better, than to see UBL walking around in an orange jumpsuit with a big number on his back and having to be someone's little prison bitch for the next 80 years. That would sure put a dent into his rock star status.

Of coarse, I'd like to see Dick Cheney suffer the same fate.
