He sees Islamic enemies everywhere because they are every where even on this site. Look at Europe or should I say Eurabia. Look at the UK where London is often referred to as Londonstan. Look at the controversy around Geert Wilders in Holland or the Muslim activity in Denmark. Muslim immigration to the US has increased at least ten fold in the last 20-30 years. Look at the activities of CAIR complaining about anything that helps prevent Islamic terrorism as discriminatory.

One of the basic tenets of Islam is to force conversion on the threat of death. That is how it spread so rapidly between the 7th and 10th centuries. Christendom was able to prevent Muslim incursion into Europe starting with the Crusades and the expulsion of Muslims from Spain. It was an uphill battle even in those days. As recently as the 17th century Muslims laid siege to Vienna. The siege was broken by Polish forces, after the French king refused to send help, on September 11, 1683. (I may not have the exact year right.). Historians have considered that date the beginning of the decline of the Muslim world. (It is no coincidence that Bin laden picked Sept,11 to attach us 9 years ago.) Unfortunately the breaking up of the Ottoman Empire as a result of their siding with the Germans is WWI and the discovery of oil in former Ottoman countries has started the rise of Islam again. This includes the alliance of most Muslim leaders with the Nazi's during WWII and the world wide Jihad we face today.
