My 82 year old mother swears by vitamin C. Since Covid began, she had taken both C and D daily and has not shown any Covid symptoms this entire time in spite of being around many people with Covid. She never stopped going out maskless in public and continued visiting friend and relatives whether sick or not. She is as healthy as ever.
