Default Physical health versus social health

Let us suppose (as some have posited) that gatherings of 10 or more people can be dangerous to our health, in this time of (quite legitimate) Covid-19 concerns.

That, then, begs the question:

Is physical health more important than social health?

It is an entirely serious question.

What do others think?
