The problem is that the ACA act is a tax. It has to be to be constitutional. Buffet is correct in that the wealthiest would benefit the most by ridding our selves of the ACA. But this is rue of any tax and the wealthy. Trouble is were do you draw the line on who is "wealthy" and were that is.
At $250K per couple, this is way to low of an amount to be calling wealthy. That number if it were changed to $1,000,000/per year, and the tax rate at that point doubled or tripled, it might make sense. And it would effect lots less people and the business they run, yet still provide the revenue.
It will never happen that way however. The people it would go after give way to much to politicians for elections and such...
