I haven't read the whole thing, but the judge is pretty clearly not the brightest bulb, considering that the opinion includes this ridiculous claim:

"More people have died from the Covid-19 vaccine than mass shootings in California."

The last figures I saw had California covid vaccine deaths at around 150, while there were around 90 mass shooting deaths from 2020 to February 2021.

Doubters can google the figures up if they want.

I have no idea what, in the name of Biden's butthole, the above has to do with "shall not be infringed" , though.

That 150 number is complete bullshlt. The point is that any judge who cites conspiracy nonsense as fact cannot be trusted to rationally apply the law.

Look at my eyes. I really, really believe in your opinion. Now what does all that bullshlt have to do with "shall not be infringed", like I asked?

So, are you saying 150 covid deaths is too high, or too low?

Anyone who has to ask is completely divorced from reality.

In other news, Judge Roger T. Benitez overturned the stupid as PHOQUE assault weapons ban in California. Stop diverting the thread to the left's only defense--the Chinese virus.

Great, let's apply that standard to homosexual marriage and abortion. Democrats claimed it was putting your rights up for a vote preferring decrees of the imperial judiciary creating new rights from the penumbra or other nonsense.

If those so called safety measures infringe on the 2nd amendment or any other rights then no it doesn't have a right to those so called safety measures. The whole entire point of the bill of rights is that it is something the government can not restrict because government is a untrustworthy entity and necessary evil.

I would add that the inalienable right to bear arms, along with all other amendments in the "Bill of Rights," is not a condition of the government unable to effect them. It is a clear mandate that the government's duty is to Protect those rights!!!
