Federal appeals court strikes down California's ban on "high-capacity" magazines,
Good for the 9nth circuit for doing something right. I don't know if I trust the supreme court to uphold the ban on so called high capacity magazines seeing how there is a RINO or two in the supreme court.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/fed...-2nd-amendment The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday struck down California’s ban on high-capacity magazines on the basis that its restrictions violate the Second Amendment -- noting that it would criminalize half the magazines in the U.S. The state’s law bans possession of large-capacity magazines (LCMs) that hold more than 10 rounds. The court’s three-judge panel said that while the law has a “laudable goal of reducing gun violence,” it must also comply with the Constitution. |

Apparently Trump getting a large number of judges confirmed is showing positive results in places like the 9th circuit. It appears that some new blood is having a positive effect is getting the 9th circuit to move toward upholding the Constitution instead of left wing ideology.

Democrats carefully forum shop Federal judges to block Trump initiatives with nationwide injunctions. Obama appointees are the most sympathetic to abusing their power to second guess President Trump. No doubt Biden would appoint wingmen to continue the politicized judiciary. :rolls
