Its stuff like this how we know the media is trying to manipulate the public into supporting more anti-2nd amendment laws. Because a good guy using a gun to save lives either gets a token mention or no mention at all. They will never air this man's face and name all over the news for weeks at a time like they do someone who used a firearm to commit mass murder. They would never tell us what kind of guns he has and where he got them like they do for someone who used a firearm to commit mass murder. They would never give a soap box to the NRA, GRA and other pro-2nd amendment groups and politicians when someone uses a firearm to save lives. But they will give a soap box to anti-2nd amendment politicians, and groups anytime someone uses a firearm to commit mass murder. They won' t bring attention to pro-2nd amendment demonstrations led by students, but they will bring attention to anti-2nd amendment demonstrations led by students. They won't do stories of people buying and making guns anytime someone uses a firearm to save lives. But they will do stories of fake gun owners turning their weapons into the police or fake gun owners sawing off the barrel to a firearm they recently purchased but claimed to have for a long time when someone uses a firearm to commit mass murder (which seems to be a new thing). They will delight in glee when businesses cut ties to pro-2nd amendment groups (which also seems to be a new thing).
