Default MO Legislature backs 2nd and Voter ID with a Veto

The Missouri people have spoken
The governor said no and both the House and Senate overrode him.

Concealed carry is a Constitutional right of each individual.

Voter ID is an essential element to honest and fair elections.

We can be sure some judge somewhere will try to stop the People's Legislature from doing their lawful duty to the people, but for now, I can carry without putting my name on a list.

And to vote, my name will be on a list and I will prove I am who I represent when I vote.

WE ARE TAKING OUR REPUBLIC BACK, one piece at a time.

Scumbags in black robes who are thinking of overriding any legislature's constitutionally sound laws, should be driven out of office, tarred and feathered, and sent straight to prison.

Good for Missouri.

I still need a permit in the states I travel. I've have one. In Va I can carry open without a permit, but only if holstered. Even long guns cannot be carried unless in a case or slung over your back, even from my home to my truck on my property.

Opposing voter ID is among the dumbest positions one can have. It shouldn't be simpler to vote than to cash a welfare check.

I find it ironic that voting and holding office are the only rights in the Constitution that have requirements and people fight proving you meet the requirements and yet demand citizens jump through hoops to exercise the right that shall not be infringed.

Guns have two enemies, Rust and Politicians

Lucas oil is one of many that will take care of the rust. But only an informed honest populace can deal with the politicians.

Its kind of sad sad that we need laws to reinforce the constitution.Hopefully my state follows suit.

Thanks but the Voter ID is not a constitutional question. According to the original USA Constitution, eligibility to vote is a state question. Making proof of eligibility a STATE ISSUE!

The only way for the Feds to argue that is if it violates Civil rights. And what that means is subject to broad interpretation. Hence the continued argument.

No specifics just a repeat of your Opinions?

Really Salty, you have to do better than that.

In a nation where one must prove ID to get on a plane, buy ammunition or use a credit card, or just about any activity in public discourse, a Photo ID is essential. Making Voter ID quite simple ,,,; and also essential.
