Default Default Style2

At the bottom left of the homepage, you'll see a scrollbar...

You can change the style of how the forum is presented...

I create a new style...called "Default Style2"...

I'd like to make this the default that guests and new members see (Once a member, you can always switch back if you wish)...

Please click that style, check out the new forum look, and give me some feedback...

3-0...

I have an urge to make it so...

...but I'll be patient and wait for more votes...

Soon I'll make a "Mission Statement" about my thoughts on trying to create a well-rounded forum, but I'll sneak in a tidbit here...

And this is from the heart...

This is NOT my forum!!!!...It's all of yours...

My motivation is to make this a place comfortable to the ranks of the members...

And I will make sure that this forum will NEVER have the majority of people whose only goal is to disrupt and troll...

And I can easily be overruled by the members in good standing...I rely on you more than you'll ever think...

So I'll put my personal feelings for the new style (which I love!...shameless plug) and get more people to vote...

3-0 is nice...but if the next 10 say "no", I'll suck it up...

As long as it remains an option I can choose for myself then the rest of the hypothetical 10 no votes matter to me not a whit.

Thanks. Nice mission statement!

I already stated in the first post that any member can always switch back...

That's the overall mission...There are specifics which I'll address at some point...

"so far" isn't needed...

The only options are going to be these two...

Multiple styles are nice, but the upkeep is grueling!...

First, not all styles are compatible with the same code...Adding something to one may not work with another...That's because styles are created by multiple people using different fomats and coding structure...

Second, making a change to one style means you have to make the change to ALL..And if a change requires 4 different things to do, you'd have to do 20 things to change 5 styles!...

I've been down that road...It's hell...
