Default LivingSenior

I'd like you to know that the member "LivingSenior" and their articles are NOT spam...

It's an content exchange we've arranged with the website LivingSenior...This was NOT a unilateral decision...We had Moderator discussions and decided to go forward...

Sure, they add links to their site, but they also bring legitimate discussion into play, and are interested in having others learn about elderly care and not simply have "Sign up with us!!!!" crap...If interested, I encourage you to discuss the topics they bring up and ask any questions you may have...

As for our side, we agree to place their Living Senior widget on our website...I plan on putting it in the upper right corner next to the banner, which, if you noticed, is a little bit smaller to make room...Now I just gotta figure out how to get the widget there...

Checking their site out through this widget will bring in revenue...How much overall?...Who the heck knows...

But most of the time we get content exchange requests, they come off as "Can I spam you?" and I feel it would me more distracting than anything, but this came off as different...It feels they WANT to add their knowledge for public discussion, which, IMO, is more important than the couple of bucks a month I might get from this...

Of course, if problems arise, I'll end the exchange, but I'm optimistic...

I was going to follow the memory care link, but I forgot to do it.

The new banner is now up with the LivingSenior widget...

The new banner is actually the old banner...It's the original one we had, which was bigger in height...I cropped it down after we got it, but we're now back to the original since it coincides with the widget...

Once again, please check out their site by clicking the widget if you need any information they offer...

The Living Senior website is currently down...

Since our header had a link to their website, which paused everything while loading pages looking for it, I removed it...

I don't think I'm going to back to it...

They did one thread which didn't get any attention, and the revenue brought in through their connection process gave the website a whole $0.00 revenue...Zip...Zilch...Nada...

So hey...We tried...Didn't work out...

Is there a reason as to why I might still be having a lengthy delay in pages loading? I'm not having problems with any other website. And it's sticking on the banner loading. So I figure...

Thoughts?
