Thanks. This PC is on its last legs and I can't download many gizmos. Better to do it within your site.
I need a new hard drive. Matter of time.

The sites I use the social bookmarking for (Mister Wong, reddit, Technorati, del.icio.us, Yahoo My Web, digg, & Squidoo) do not require any extra software...Just a registration and you're good to go...

I can't vouch for the others...maybe one day I'll investigate the other links it has...

Join the club salty, I've been babying this ole computer now for a while, it's slower than molasses in January, I can't download anything from you-tube anymore, the hard drive is going, my teeth itch, and my hair hurts!

Y-Tube and other popular public sites might be the reason you and salty are having problems....
I suggested several free utilites to help keep a PC clean, you two might want to consider using. And buy a registry cleaner... The tools needed to make a PC run smooth doesn't come out of the same box as the PC....

Time for the social bookmarking site to crash again...

I took out the link and will replace it when it's back up...

Just a thought in the mean time why not clean the site up. We have so many threads that can be combined. Some are in different topic areas.

Or change the starters names so those with ego can have it their way.

The members are running amuck...

Or just allow the readers who haven't joined more time on site so they can find good threads, and maybe even our hidden sites could be allowed a few days a week.

Just thinking out loud redd... Thinking of our readers after all they are the source of new members for the most part.

99% of the time a thread that doesn't get the same traffic as another same-topic thread will simply drift off onto the dreaded "page 2" of a forum...where they'll be nothing but a distant memory in the members' mind...

Yeah...There COULD be clean-up...But the time spent going through the trouble probably won't make much of a difference...

Usually when they're pointed out early (reporting a post), a Mod will take care of it...but if one's been around a day or two and there aren't any responses or debate, it's easier to just let it slide into history...
