Why don't you try saying that on the Corsi thread?
Or maybe the thread that talks about how Obama has to dedicate a web-site to refuting the right-wing lies...

It's sadly predictable how you will take ANY thread out there, blame the left and conclude they are guilty of something, while you will ignore the sins of the right in doing the same thing...

It's downright pathological...

I mean, Mikeyy admitted the tactic was crap.
I also think comparing McCain to Hitler is crap.
NOBODY is on here defending her or her claims (unlike the Corsi thread)...
And you just conclude that "the left" is guilty regardless of the evidence.

Maybe some day you'll get around to the bible passage on "let he who is without sin cast the first stone" or "Thou hypocrite first cast out the beam out of thine own eye and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye"

It speaks more to you than it gives you an opportunity to insult the left, so I bet it will be a while...

Was anyone FORCED to pay money to buy Corsi's book?...

Was anyone FORCED to see iamges of McCain=Hitler while paying for a musical concert?...

They forced people in to the concert?

Nope...

They were forced to see the images...Fans were blindsided with things they didn't know were going to be seen beforehand...

If Corsi wrote a book and pushed it while never saying a thing about Obama being in the book and having a totally different title and said the book was actually about something else, there'd be a legitimate comparison...

But you won't find any fans who went to that concert saying there were going NOT for the music, but for the "extracurriculars"...

Funny how some think prayer in school is OK. If you don' like it you don't have to join in. But this situation is forcing people who purchased a ticket to watch something against their will. Redd?

That's an interesting distinction.
Like Mikeyy pointed out, I'll have to use it next time somebody tries to do the "school in prayer" thing.
If I'm nearby when it occurs and I was expecting something, obviously I was "forced".
And if other kids are nearby, well obviously they are forced to be in school (unlike people at the concert who can leave if it sucks), so they have an even stronger argument to being "forced".

It's a miracle Madonna doesn't face criminal charges for kidnapping or civil law-suits which would leave her homeless...
< end sarcasm >

Madonna is obviously giving her opinion.
Corsi was LYING in pretending he was giving fact.
You are the first person to try to stretch this into a pretense of objecting over "force"...
You're just really reaching to try to find some arbitrary excuse, no matter how menial, to excuse Corsi while condemning Madonna.

And the really funny thing (in the big picture) is that I am NOT trying to defend Madonna or her message. I make no excuses.
Can you say the same for Corsi?

Yes, I understand.

If I were to go to a Madonna concert, I would be totally "blind sided" by anything controversial. Who would even BEGIN to think such a thing might happen?!

We pick big money for a Superbowel halftime show that Janet Jackson accidently bears her breast. It's entertainment...you never know what the price of admission will get you.

That would be equivalent to members of the audience complaining about her singing some controversial lyrics that deal with issues that ore offensive to them, and not what they paid for. Something like that is worth the price of admission.

Did you ever notice that people say Janet Jackson exposed her breast. And she is black. But it was Justin Timberlake that pulled her top off. And he is white. Nobody calls it the Justin Timberlake moment. Or the Janet and Justin moment. Its all Janet Jacksons sin. Funny to me.
