Eagles beat the Deadskins 30-17...

A win in the first game is good...

A win in the first game on the road is very good...

A win in the first game on the road against a divisional opponent is great!...

It's not my system, merely an observation of past behavior.
In odd numbered years the Carolina Panthers have winning seasons. I do believe that they have only been divisional champions in odd numbered years. They've never won a superbowl played in an even numbered year.
Okay, they've never won a superbowl ever.

I wanted Trent to be such a great running back, he was like he got his paycheck from the Colts and the Browns then he retired, but the Colts kept putting him out there. I remember one of the Colts game caller making some smart assed comment about Richardson picking up 5 yards...in the right direction. Big disappointment. If I scrapped together all my cash from retirement and real estate I could probably buy an average lineman. But I would be firing some coaches.

I took a deep breath and checked the Colts Rams score. Rams up 27-3 first half. You have my permission to start firing people, including the owner.

Gregg Doyel at the Indy Star just stated bluntly that the Colts stink and they don't know what they're doing.

The Indianapolis Colts have no idea what they're doing vs. Rams

Pagano outsmarted himself, the only NFL coach Iíve ever seen him outsmart, and afterward said that whole sequence was on him.
