This is the second time this season. They had Danielle Ruah in a cameo in the beginning of the season but this is a major two night event. The entire cast of both shows are going to be a part of the whole two part episode airing Monday and Tuesday night and I can't wait! :banana:

I am a little dissapointed, when I read about this back in January I was hoping they would be coming in to assist McGarrett on the Shelburne investigation but oh well.

Now if only Criminal Minds and the original NCIS would cross over my life would be complete!

Crossover in TV series should be more frequent. I can only think ot a few times they did it. There was. ER / Third Watch ; Cheers/ Saint Elsewhere;Cheers/Frazier that's about it.

I would have liked to see The Shield and 24 crossover. For example Mackey could help Jack Bauer catch some terrorists hiding among gang bangers. A crossover between The Shield and Sons of Anarchy is possible also since both Mackey and SAMCRO have dealings with the One Niners.

They did it with Magnum PI and Murder She Wrote. I believe Boston Legal was a crossover show, but I can't remember the name of the show they started with. Oh, and this year Bones spun off the Finder kind of a cross over.

Not fan of either show or Criminal Minds anymore. But, I like NCIS

Frasier and Cheers crossed over? I thought Frasier started after the final episode of Cheers aired?

I could see how they could do a cross over between Criminal Minds and NCIS. NCIS could catch a case of a serial killer or rapist and they call in the BAU to help catch them. I would love to See Abbey and Garcia together, Reid and McGee, AJ and Ziva, Gibbs and Hotch and Rossi and Morgan and DiNozo pair off. It would be awesome!

NCIS was a spin off of JAG. Just like they did with Criminal Minds and Criminal Minds Suspect Behavior and NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles. They also crossed Law and Order SVU with Law and Order Los Angeles.

I guess it is was not really a cross over. There are several episodes of Fraiser where Cheers charecters come visit him in Seattle.
