You are out of date since I posted hard evidence (post 5) that the lawsuit is in the Docket and orders for response to the motion already posted.

It's a motion asking the Court for leave to file a complaint. Docketing it and setting a date for a response is not "accepting" it. They will deny the motion and refuse to consider the complaint.

As I noted the other day, they had not accepted it. And they just denied the motion for leave to file the complaint. It’s over.

The SCOTUS ducked, hiding behind standing to endorse election fraud. Thanks to the dismissal without consideration of the merits it's no longer necessary to campaign for the Presidency just seize control of voting laws as a function of regulatory decree and state court decree. Go ahead and boot election observers while you "count" unverified ballots for the people's choice. Just like Cuba the SCOTUS refuses to look at corruption.
