No, the precedent in PA is to just have the questionable ballots negated, even if it reverses the election. Look up Marks v. Stinson, 19 F.3d 873 (1994).

I remember this well, back in the 80's and early 90's when I was a Democrat, being a member in a very politically active trade union in Philly, I had worked on the neighborhood canvassing for Stinson at issue in the case and I went to his victory party at a club called Finnegan's Wake on Spring Garden St. in Philly.

You can't lie to me about the crooked Democrat party machine in Philly and what it is capable of . . . I know it, I lived it, I was part of it.
