Too easy to cheat.

By what logic do we think it will work well now?
Its been working fine in Oregon since 93, maybe over 20 years of tracking data is the logic behind it working well now. I am sure if asked by other states Oregon would share how we made it work with little problems.

what orifice I wonder did the eagle pull that out of since they quote the intercept which doesn't quote any sources but still doesn't say that.

The problem with mail in voting is that there is too many people handling each ballot. Boxes of ballots can be can be forgotten in corners. Deliberately or otherwise. With my walk in vote it's handled by me from the time it's blank until I stick it in the counter.
the post office is a government agency.

if your governor closed all polls like my Idaho governor did you would be s o l, I guess.

a complete crock of sh*t

The United States Postal Service (USPS; also known as the Post Office, U.S. Mail, or Postal Service) is an independent agency of the executive branch of the United States federal government

Due to Corona, your governor closed all polls and elected to conduct the primaries by mail. I thought that's what the left was pushing for.

yes what I said
to be more specific:

[It is] an independent agency of the executive branch of the United States federal government responsible for providing postal service in the United States, including its insular areas and associated states. It is one of the few government agencies explicitly authorized by the United States Constitution.
My governor is a Republican; both senators are republican and the house representative is a Republican.

Doesn't change the fact that the USPS operates independently. I don't believe the President can fire anyone

Vote by mail will work well to insure Democrat activists can select election winners and stuff ballot boxes to win the popular vote in Presidential elections. Several states have surrendered their electoral college votes to the large population states like California and NY so piling on fake votes from harvested ballots is worthwhile.

Apparently, I've been watching different news that you. Based on videos for the last 7 weeks, Oregon is not politically in great shape. Your neighbor to the north and to the south are in the same mess.

Yeah, It's working

It's not so much stuffing ballot boxes, but rather losing boxes of mail in ballots from heavily right leaning districts that worries me.

Combine that with the fact that my mail lady cannot seem to remember that mail addressed to me goes into my box, not my neighbors, and that all too often outgoing takes several days to get to where it goes.
