Default It's over!

A couple of states are now done voting, and reports are that Obama has won the state of Vermont and McCain has won Kentucky...

I say we suspend all further counts and declare McCain the winner (8 electoral votes to 3)...

Right... let's not count the votes of EVERYONE, just the votes that make McCain look good... lol I'll pass.

Interesting side-note here: I learned from the BBC (!!!) that PA was projected for Obama before CNN called it.

The pundits are too busy posing for the cameras and punditizing....

Some genuine reporting???

If I move to Britain can I still vote in PA?

Post Re: It's over!

I pulled up three web-sites for info tracking. MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News.
It's kind of interesting. The first two are throwing numbers up there like they're tracking Dow Jones. They are making "predictions" on electoral votes.
President - Election Center 2008 - Elections & Politics from CNN.com
Presidential results - Presidential results

Fox is more conservative in their reporting, as in they aren't calling any electoral votes for anybody at this moment.
Breaking News | Latest News | Current News - FOXNews.com

This web-site gives McCain a "1.1% chance" of winning at the moment. They admit they are Barack supporters, but claim it's all about the math.
FiveThirtyEight.com: Electoral Projections Done Right: Today's Polls, 11/3 (PM Edition)

Florida looks like it is going towards Obama. Virginia is very close, but McCain has the lead. Ohio has very few precincts reporting in, but with an Obama lead.

I'm a big fan of the BBC.

It won't be done...

I've been resigned to an Obama presidency (Carter II) for a couple of weeks now...
