Default Obama attempts to steal the show

In this previous thread, I showed McCain's piece to be shown during the last night of the Democratic Convention, which is a day (as I've poited out later in the thread), that is "usually the night the other party keeps quiet and gives them that one day"...It wasn't a hit piece...It wasn't a snide commentary...It was simply McCain congratulating Obama on a "job well done"...It was approved by all sides both here and nationwide...

One would THINK that even if the compliment wasn't returned, the very least Obama could do is to lay low for the day and give McCain his due recognition...

So what's Obama's plans?...He picked this day to be the day that he FINALLY...after months and months of hiding...goes on Bill O'Reilly...

The object is to take the spotlight off of his opponent's shining moment...a moment that's been traditionally granted by both parties...and get people to watch HIM instead...

Stay classy...

O'Reilly will be replayed later that night and will be available on the internet.

I'm watching McCain!

I'd love it if Bill came on the air and said right off the bat "We will be showing the interview with Sen. Obama, right after our convention coverage tonight. I will not be used as a tool for anyone and I won't allow Sen Obama to intentionally try to "steal the show" in this manner."

I would love to see that happen...I don't know the scoop from the business side...ad revenues and things like that that may make management force him to do it at regular time...I hope not though...

And McCain going on Letterman or Leno was just fine... I wish you guys would quit attacking Obama for stuff McCain has done too. It's disingenuous and intellectually dishonest.
