Barack Obama heckled as he visits Western Wall

Quote:
Barack Obama completed his trip to the Middle East with a pre-dawn visit to the holiest place in Judaism where he received a mixed reaction from Orthodox Jews.

The US presidential nominee was heckled as he visited the Western Wall in the early hours of Thursday morning, bowing his head in prayer and observing traditional custom by placing a folded piece of paper into the crevice of the wall.

Orthodox men interrupted their morning prayers to catch a glimpse of the Illinois senator, reaching out to shake his hand as he passed them by. But not all were taken by the Democrat. One yelled out: “Obama, Jerusalem is not for sale!” before Mr Obama was whisked away to his waiting plane.
You won't hear about this from American media...

And it tells you how bad it is when I believe the foreign press over the "MSM"...

Makes you wonder who's really calling the shots and what the underlying agenda is.

We are calling the shots. We should all volunteer to monitor the poles come election day. And ask our neighbors how they voted. Some may not share that info, but enough people like to talk about their beliefs that you can get a pretty good idea of how your district should have come out. And if it didn't then get your neighbors together and ask for a voluntary public pole of how everyone voted.
And don't forget the numbers. You can find out exactly how many registered voters are in your district. Compare that with what is reported about the election results.
Let's keep 'em honest by doing some honest work. Then dead people and illegals won't be shuffled into the pot to screw things up.
Actually, probably the best thing we as citizens could do if we truly do not trust the system and think someone is buying an election is to vote for a third party. Any third party-and make your vote really count. And make them have to count all the votes.
I'm just not satisfied anymore with "they" running my country. I'm going to do something about it.

Paper cut #86. Who cares what some old Jew said to Obama. I don't care who lives in Jerusalem. It ain't on my radar screen. How was this a mistake by Obama.

Bush has to have active security to keep hecklers out, and Obama gets heckled abroad and that's a conspiracy that it's not deemed newsworthy?

How about we look at what the "heckle" really was, shall we?
As the rabbi quietly read from Psalm 122, both he and Mr. Obama flipped through a Holy book on a wooden stand. The moment unfolded as a lone man standing about 10 yards away yelled over and over, “Obama, Jerusalem is not for sale! Obama, Jerusalem is not for sale!

After the prayer, Mr. Obama walked a final few paces to the Wall and followed the custom of placing a personal prayer between the stone cracks, with his note left alongside hundreds of others. He placed his hand on the Wall, bowed his head and stood in quiet contemplation for a few moments.
Obama Visits the Wall - The Caucus - Politics - New York Times Blog

As the New York Times shows...
Crap. That can't be right. Surely the NYT couldn't have said that, cause they're a U.S. paper and there is an AGENDA that must be happening here...

Oh well.
As the article shows the heckle, does anybody think it's worthy of discussion?
Does anybody think there is a serious concern over whether or not Obama plans to BUY Jerusalem?

He's a nutter, and deserves no press.
But if some people report on his EXISTENCE, without repeating WHAT HE ACTUALLY SAID (cause THAT's the real conspiracy), THEN it somehow seems "sinister"...
I'm amused at how the "original article" doesn't even tell you HOW MANY people were involved in the "heckling".
It just says Obama "was heckled", so you don't get a feel if it was one, or a hundred people who heckled him.
Guh-REAT news reporting there!!!

The only thing to see here is how some people will endlessly seek any opportunity to attack Obama without all the facts...
(Or, without reporting ANY of the really salient facts...)

Obama’s Advisors – A Source For Concern

Yoram Ettinger, Ynet, July 232, 2008

Senator Barack Obama, the Democratic presidential candidate, is not a key member of the Senate committees on foreign relations, armed services or intelligence, has not initiated-led any significant legislation and has not devoted himself to national security issues. He surged into the Senate and the presidential race from the Illinois local-political-social arena. Obama relies on a battery of experienced advisors, who influence/shape his world view and maybe even US policy and US-Israel relations for the next 4-8 years. However, the record of his advisors – most of whom served in the Carter and Clinton Administrations – constitute a source of concern.
http://www.politicalwrinkles.com/ele...e-concern.html

Here's an example of why Americans should be concerned. Read of all the advisers that were just plain bone-headed in other administrations who are now advising Obama.

Here's an example of just one:

Quote:
Madeleine Albright was Clinton’s Secretary of State, promoting Susan Rice. Albright considered Arafat a genuine partner for peace negotiation and a potential ally of the US. She transformed Arafat into the #1 Frequent Visitor to the White House, overlooked documentation of Arafat’s loathsome terrorism and anti-US policy, lobbied Congress for larger foreign aid to Arafat and enhanced his standing in Western capitals. Albright advanced a policy of negotiation-rather-than-confrontation with terror regimes. Hence, the absence of an effective preventive counter-terrorism policy and the lack of appropriate retaliation to the Islamic terrorist bombing of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania (300 murdered) and the bombing of the USS Cole (17 murdered). The policy of negotiation-rather-than-confrontation was interpreted by Islamic terrorists as weakness, thus paving the road to the 2001 Twin Towers and Pentagon terrorism (almost 3,000 murdered).
