Proceed, by all means, to make yourself seem ridiculous.
Contrary to popular belief, not all of the voting public are imbeciles....and their decision to support Obama, had little to do with his popularity....substance and style are also important.
Until he is elected president, one can only go by rhetoric...and in the big picture, his rhetoric is the most appealing...hey, you don't have to vote for him....but raise up off of others that intend to. You can't convince me otherwise...so move on. Tell it to someone that's willing to listen to nonsense.

Well I have still yet to see any of this supposed "substance" you keep prattling on about. As for style, I have always said most Obama supporters like him because "he sho' does talk purty."

And you were saying not all of the voting public are not imbeciles? LOL Just the majority of Obama supporters if they believe what you just spewed.

Yeah, cuz "he sho' does talk purty."

The question would be, "Do "you" realize that it's a political discussion forum, and not a soapbox? Try contributing to the discussion, instead recreating a "minstrel show". And be careful directing ad hominem my way.

So explain to us what his "substance" is... Explain to us what skills he has that qualifies him as POTUS. Explain what experience he has that qualifies him as POTUS. Lay it out in black and white (I'm conservative, that's how we like to hear things), just what exactly is that qualifies him for POTUS. Popularity does cut it. Eloquence isn't enough. Style is meaningless. You think that rhetoric is all we have to go on and that's pretty freaking sad. Having a good speech-writer does not qualify someone for POTUS, experience, skills, abilities, proven track record - these are the kind of things concrete things people should be looking for. So could you please show us where these concrete, proveable things can be found in Sen. Obama???

Uh, I don't know who you are...but I'm not required to provide you with any info on Barack Obama...don't like him, don't vote for him. But you are free to search and find out about him on your own. You're a conservative, so more than likely, you're gonna vote Republican, anyways...so why are you asking me to vouch for Obama...I like him. I like his rhetoric. I like his style. I like his message. He's black (for all practical purposes). He ain't Republican. He's a liberal. He's good looking. He's youthful. And he has a lot of support from influential and important people. That's a lot, and reason enough to get my vote.
Tell us why you're voting for the other guy...or maybe you're voting for Ron Paul, or Bob Barr, and any number of minor fringe party candidates who have a snowball's chance in hell of winning the election.
As flaky as you may think my reasons....yours may be ill-conceived given my guy's creds. President Barack H. Obama...I like the way that sounds.

WOW!!! There's absolutely nothing in your post that mentions even one thing about any qualification for leadership that Sen. Obama has. This is what scares me about liberals. They'd choose a person based on a whole lot of nothing to be POTUS. You listed not one skill or qualification that anyone with any sense whatsoever would consider crucial to this office. You even admit that your reasons are "flaky".

There's not going to be either. He is going caterwaul and cry and bitch and bemoan the fact that anyone DARES to raise the question of experience and qualification about Obama because in most Obamaniacs' heads, there is an idea that Obama "deserves" the presidency somehow.
