Fox News is hardly one to "nibble" at Democrats.
Were they able to air any "examples of Rev. Wright's past sermons"?

Two possibilities.
They didn't air what was available...
... or it wasn't available to air.

Quite frankly, ignoring the "media" and bypassing Fox News for the moment, there are numerous resources out there to get items of interest out there for viewing.

I question whether or not it was actually the latter option (not available to air) as opposed to the former.

Maybe the news isn't as interested in repeating the right-wing talking points as the right-wing would want them to be...

Quite frankly, the "grossly partisan" complaint could be said of Bush's administration as well. While pundits may banter that around occasionally, I don't see why a legitimate news journalism resource should work at engaging in that type of punditry.
