Default Obama's new geography

Gotta love this one...

Obama's words about the recent primary in Kentucky...

Quote:
Obama conceded that he has a steep challenge to get his message and background to voters in states such as Kentucky — where he trails Sen. Hillary Clinton by 27 points, according to a poll published earlier this week — and West Virginia, where voters chose Clinton over Obama by 40 points on Tuesday.

"What it says is that I'm not very well known in that part of the country," Obama said. "Sen. Clinton, I think, is much better known, coming from a nearby state of Arkansas. So it's not surprising that she would have an advantage in some of those states in the middle."

Ummm...

I think someone's going to need to tell Obama that Kentucky actually has a border with HIS OWN STATE of Illinois and does NOT have one with Arkansas...

And West Virginia is actually CLOSER to Illinois than Arkansas...

Seems like that part of the country is not very well known by him. He was probably cutting geography class getting stoned in High School when they were teaching about that part of the map.

You need to look at the map again. Illinois is closer to Arkansas the W.V.\

But you almost had him on a major issue there.

The distance between Illinois and Arkansas is irrelevant...

Obama was calling Kentucky and West Virginia as "nearby states to Arkansas"...thus the reason he lost those two states...

That is incorrect, because both of those states are closer to Illinois (one actually touches) than Arkansas...

I why just trying to help with the geography. These miniature little tiny itsy bitsy issues are irrelevant to me otherwise. Its not the kind of thing I vote about..
