I'm just done with the whole subject. I voted two nights ago, so I've done what I can. Now it's time to sit back watch the show. Enjoy posting your polls, attacks, etc. because I've got better things to do - like posting music videos, pics of Rhayne, etc. See you all in the other forums AFTER the election.

I have been holding off posting on here because I thought people had more important matters to think and post about lately with the election and your dreadful weather you just experienced over there.

I was planning to start posting more prolifically about UK matters and also in the Entertainment and Pets threads, plus any other that I wish to contribute to when the election was done, dusted and people had calmed down.

People seem to be on tenterhooks, not surprisingly seeing as the Election is so important. I find people seem to be different on the forums lately, and not as laid-back as before.

I think I will do what I said I wouldn't and actually start to resurrect some of the music threads and whatever else there is. So, perhaps see you over there?

I'm not particularly tired of the election, nor am I following it closely. I've voted already.

Over my wizened years (*cough cough*), I've learned that if you don't invest too much emotion INTO the elections, then you won't be exhausted later on...

Sure, there may be a topic or two that gets up my gander, but big picture, if you treat it as water rolling down a duck's back, you won't end up feeling like a quack (Three of 'em!)......
