Clinton didn't want to go to War, he did not support the War. There is nothing wrong with a person trying to avoid a War they do not agree with. He did what he had to to keep from going to a senseless war but most of all he DID NOT support sending another to fight in his place.

On the other hand Willard Stood in support of the War and even worse Supported the Draft. He was willing to send someone else to possibly die but he was not willing to die for the War he supported.
