Oh they had careers all right,raising their children,cooking,cleaning and so much more! No matter how you look at it,people still priortize family and in most cases,still have a career. One need not cancel out the other.

Even though abortions are reportedly in decline,I believe we have more abortions today than in the past because it's "supposedly" safe and legal.At any rate,there is no way to verify this either way for no records were kept in those days.The liberals are eating their young,in other words,breeding themselves into extinction. Conservatives with family values "morals" are breeding themselves into a majority and that is the silver lining on this issue..

I wish he had had the courage to say "can we all agree partial birth abortion is wrong"
cause it is and ever body knows it. No matter how hard they try it is a hard thing to defend. I wish we could agree on a complete ban on partial birth abortion. That would be a true compromise and a great beginning.

I'll believe that when I see a report saying that women who have already had abortions didn't suffer consequences(either physical or psychological) years after their procedure...

Yup and that's my point.."supposedly" safe..there are many consequences years after the procedure.
