Aww shoot, that was a dodge. Why campaign if you aren't gonna answer the juicy questions. What a crock. From what I gather, her appearances are so managed that I'm not surprised this might the first time this question has gotten through.

you are a sick puppy. It is a no class question. If you ask a child about her parents private lives you are a sick puppy. And you really don't care about the answer. You just want to tweak Chelsea. grow up.

She is either her own lady or she is her mother's daughter.

I think the former. Her mom seems to have a hardened tenacity. But Chelsea seems clean in her convictions. Still knows right from wrong and can still state things with a clear concience.
Through all the messes, I think they did an excellent job of raising her.
I hope she never goes into politics as a career.

I liked Chelsea's response and I believe she handled the situation well. Early in the campaighn,I once stated that Chelsea should be off limits but I have changed my opinion,she is an adult and now a political operative! Chelsea is finding out that the "honeymoon" is over.She no longer makes an "occasional" appearance for her mom,she has become a political operative and tough questions,as she well knows,come with the territory.Any candidates adult children who take more than a passing interest in their parents campaighn become fair game. This is not to say that all of the questions are fair and should be answered,I'm just saying they have made a decision to become actively involved in the political arena and they should expect some hardball questions.

I think that she should expect difficult questions, but this question was a bit offensive to be honest. She made the right choice by not answering the question. I don't care for her mother, and don't see myself voting for her, but I think that Chelsea is different from her parents. She is an independent woman with grace, something both of her parents lacked.

Puleeze, I watch TMZ and read the Enquirer. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. She is of age and in the public eye. They didn't ask her mom's bra size, they asked a legitimate question about a Presidential candidate. I don't giva dang if that candidate happens to be her mom. I really wish someone would ask the Bush twins if their dad is a big an idiot at home as he is as President.

Why, would they dare to? A child does not always have to agree on everything that her famous dad does. Whether Chelsea cared about what her father (and mother) did is none of my concern. Hope the press can leave that alone.
