U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., said Sunday his Democratic Illinois colleague, Barack Obama, has been tested enough to make a solid president.
Appearing on "Fox News Sunday," Durbin said Obama's political history adequately prepared the Democratic hopeful for the presidency.
"I think he's been tested and I think he's proven that he's used the right judgment on one of the most important foreign policy decisions in recent history," Durbin told host Chris Wallace of Obama's opposition of the Iraq war.

Ummm...Excuse me Senator Durbin...
First, Obama was not in Congress when the Iraq War started...
It's very easy (we here do it all of the time) for people ON THE SIDELINES to have an opinion...It's much different for a politician who will have a vote on their record to do the same...
There were a few who had issues with the war but voted with the majority anyway...To think there's no chance Obama would've been one of them gives you crystal ball skills not seen by mankind before...
Two...And this is WAY more important...
Are you trying to tell me that every single person who was against this war from the start is now considered "tested"?...
