Kerry to back Obama for president

Quote:
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Barack Obama has won the presidential endorsement of Sen. John Kerry, the Democrats' 2004 nominee who lost to George W. Bush.

Kerry, a senator from Massachusetts, plans to announce his support Thursday at a rally at the College of Charleston, said a Democrat familiar with Kerry's decision. The 2004 nominee will argue that Obama can best unite the country and has the potential to create transformational change, the person said.
Kiss of death?...

Personally, if I was Obama, I'd tell Kerry, "Say you support me...and then DON'T say anything else!"...

I guess he swam out through the cobwebs and decided he needed to 'do something'.
Out of touch; philosophical to the point of jungle rot; outdated and unnecessary.
Did anyone mention he was a loser, not a winner in his presidential bid? Some democrats either held their noses or didn't vote when he ran.
But maybe their is a master plan to hurt Obama in favor of Hillary. Who knows.

Oh but it is interesting, these subtle delicacies can influence primaries.Kerry is extremely unpopular with veterans,Hillary and Edwards will hope that this unpopularity will now transfer to Obama. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

You're forgetting the sideline to this...

The guy who was Kerry's running-mate in 2004 has been thrown to the side in favor of the new guy...

Can you imaginbe how Edwards feels knowing the guy who picked him to be his VP just went with someone else?...

I believe the guy is passionate about what he says. But the class warfare is BS and counter to my beliefs. And he comes across as anti business. We don't need that stuff. Its old Democrat stuff. I'm a progressive. I'm pro business. And I am for people getting a stupidly rich as they feel like.
