For anyone foolish enough to still support Biden's embrace of racial equity or Democrat denials CRT is isn't a guiding principle for school boards this Minnesota school board demonstrates the danger of that delusion.

The Mankato School Board in Minnesota voted unanimously for a new policy that allows non-white teachers exclusively to be eligible for “additional stipends,” and for teachers to be segregated by race.

Creating a race based bonus pay system is blatantly unconstitutional. Worse, the policy reflects the CRT core belief white people are irretrievably racist by encouraging segregating minority teachers for mentoring and protection against the white racist menace. Of course just because the school district rewards and encourages CRT doesn't mean it makes its way to the classroom, right?

usually racism is like that is hidden. Lower pay for minority or gender.
(hidden then denied 8 ways to Sunday as "an accident" or merit if mentioned and exposed. (same degrees, same jobs, same experience different salaries))
