You have to understand some people on message boards such as this crave attention and automatically say the most outrageous things to get a rise out of people. They do not believe the things they say themselves.

In this thread we have a couple that are defending the kids' behavior and viciously attacking this poor woman. It defies logic, but they know it will get a rise out of a few fellow posters.

Just ignore it and they go away.

You're right, your lies and those of trapped do indeed defy all logic. But yet, there you guys are, continuing to lie. It's quite sad when your argument has so little credibility that you must resort to outright lies.

He/she is really doing no different than comet does. Resorting to a barrage of lies and refusing to even attempt to back them up. Just constant repeating of said lies, over and over, and over again. But 'trapped' is just a bit more insane about it.

What's up with Felicity and now Comet claiming that we don't believe the things we post?
I don't think my opinions (or yours, either) are that "out there".
I have no reason to post anything except the truth, and I don't see why anyone would.

No ****ing clue. Their last resort for their failing argument is my only guess.

Bullied bus monitor says she wants to confront suspended students

Now she wants to "confront" them?

Someone responded to an article I read in the Huffington Post with the following questions, which I'm cutting and pasting, because I think they're though-provoking:

"1. Why didn't Karen Klein even try to exert her authority over those kids?

2. Why didn't she tell the school administrators about the incident?

3. What does she think about the boy on the bus who give the video from his phone camera to the media?

4. How many times was she bullied previously without anyone outside the bus knowing?

5. How many of the children in her charge were bullied without her intervention?

6. Is it likely that the kids knew they could get away with bullying because she was a wimp?

7. Isn't it normal for 13 year old boys to push the limits of an adult's tolerance?

8. Are 13 years old boys always obedient? Are parents evil if their children ever misbehave?

9. If someone were to bully one of her grandchildren, what would Karen Klein do?

10. If someone were to repeatedly insult her grandchild with Down's Syndrome, would Karen Klein want an adult monitor to just sit and watch?

11. If she wants to continue at her job, would that be a good use of taxpayer dollars?

12. Would you feel secure if Karen Klein were the monitor on your child's bus?

13. Has giving fame and fortune to an incompetent bus monitor solved the bullying problem?

14. Isn't it fun to pity poor Karen, instead of acknowledging bullying is a complex problem with solutions that require critical thinking, cooperation, and responsibility? "

Wow, that's some scary **** right thar! Someone else is actually questioning the way she didn't do her job and the safety and wellbeing of the other students on the bus due to her not doing her job? Why that mean, mean person! Don't they understand that the poor woman was just getting paid to ride the bus and keep her yap shut?

A hell of a lot of moms I know are "questioning" it.
And it frightens them to realize that when the school claims their children are being "supervised at all times", somebody like Karen Klein is likely the one doing the supervising, at least some of the time.
Giving Karen Klein a million bucks and sending the four children away to reform school is all well and good, but it doesn't really solve the problem to their satisfaction. There are other bullies. And there are other Karen Kleins.
