Default Union Pacific lays off 750 managers & workers

Well this might be the first crack in what was suppose to be a booming economy. At least salty thought so...
Aww the lies being told for what reasons, never pan out do they? Some here know the economy wasn't booming. Just struggling alone at a simple pace.

And if need be this very thing can and will happen again as Companies maintain the profit level, as market shares after all are a driving force.

Union Pacific CEO Lance Fritz said that eliminating open positions through attrition and improving productivity isn't enough to cut costs.

UP laying off a few employees doesn't indicate the sky is falling on the economy. It seems to mean that UP cut expenses by cutting unneeded, duplicative, or no longer useful employees.

750 is 8% of the managers. 250 is probably far less than 1% of the workers. Also well within the margin of error of the federal jobs report.
