you can see year to year the ups and downs follow the same basic path.
still not as good as we were in 2006 but it looks like this year is beginning to break from the recent trend with a new upward trend.
definitely better than last year.
some recent hiring and more planned things are looking up in the railroad/transportation/shipping industry.
