Default Working Overtime? here is what you need to know

Well all of you hard working people who get some over-time each week might not like this change...

Oh the company does as they say time is money.. Yet they rather pay over-time with time off..

And who does his best to help business earn more? And what about all of our state workers in each state with their own rules on pay and over time.

Well can you guess whom is wanting this to be passed? Yet people have tried to make changes several time in many ways..

How will this affect any of the people you know? And can you see where this is saying all campaigns should be public funded or by those who make the money writing about it.

If you get paid for working overtime, you can thank President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Each of the below is a heading which has information at this site..

Overtime pay is the law of the land, for now.

But not everyone is happy with the status quo.

That doesn't mean it will change.

There have also been efforts to expand the overtime laws

Yep and not one Republican was involved when Obama tried to expand.. The "R's" want it to work best for the employers not the worker. Why? Simple who funds campaigns?

yes most employees I come in contact w say they dont get overtime. this is due to weaker unions. around here when the unions were strong before the right to work law in 89 (which had much more crap in it than just r2w), other smaller companies wouldn't have thought of compensating instead of paying time and a half.
but the propaganda still rants and even today people thing unions are bad.
