Just what this is about going cashless..

And like most today your giving up on another freedom for what you feel is a better way. Which might be for you. But I like GottaGo prefer my day belongs to me and whom I deal with. Dang it is happening again.

See above or GottaGo's post.

But I have it set up for automatic debit of the full amount each month, so that I am not paying any interest on it (and, even more importantly, I do not have debt that just snowballs on top of itself).

I figure the credit-card company is still not hurting--it gets its two or three percent (whatever it can negotiate for) off the merchant's end of the transaction--so it is doing okay.
And these C.C. Companies, Banks etc are the power behind going cashless.

I have a C.C. from my Bank which has no service fee or interest rates. And yet I still use cash for daily items as you listed.. At the start of any month I withdrawal say $400.00 and if it runs out like today I go back to the ATM and get a few hundred more.
I want a few dollars around just in case of some situation which shuts down our systems for a few days. Plus I don't like giving up freedoms. Yes it seems like such a small thing. But once a pattern is formed those watching can see when it is changed. And then they might take a deeper look into ones life.
Plus so many small things into a network can lead to troubles as no one can protect data once online.

Your choice. Me, I'm not so willing to provide all that.

My bank sends out alerts and info to uses e-mail. I read today that we are that much closer to a no cash society..
Seem all age bracket like paying others with their smartphone.. Using Zeller app.
Heck I still use a flip phone and like it that way. And I use cash every day. Screw using a debit or C.C. card to pay for a cup of coffee. Stupid..

I keep a $20.00 bill on me always, just for little sh*t. So soon you won't be able to buy your pot or preferred drug of choice cuse ths is what ths all about.

FVCK auto type.. Put in the I's

Yea the govt., can't stop drugs sales so instead of busting the sellers they are going to stop the buyers.. Ash wipes.
