Hmmm... I wonder who stuck it out and who dropped out...
Minneapolis unemployment rate is 5.3% and it is rated as one of the best cities to find a job. Oregon's is 8.1 and Michigan where Mr Lib lives is 9%, so I can see how you guys think differently from your own perspective.
