Nope, she is for Federal appointed bureaucrats meddling in the financial industry. The banking board created by Dodd/Frank acts to protect big banks from competition and provide them with bailouts funded by fees charged to bank customers. The Consumer Credit Bureau, also staffed by political appointees, dictates every aspect of consumer credit for the benefit of the nanny state while having unrestrained authority to snoop on consumer financial transactions. Both agencies are funded and administered by the Federal reserve exempting them from Congressional oversight. This is the kind of overreaching, freedom crushing regulatory regime Warren favors, the consumer doesn't factor into it.

I wouldn't doubt that is slipped in there, like with monsanto seed company's evil lobbying, but I was under the impression that is one of the very things Dodd Frank is supposed to guard against.


we have been flucked over by some consumer credit businesses.
If it is an honest attempt at regulation then I don't mind the authority with teeth. However I understand that washington is totally corrupt.
