Default Jobless claims rise above expectations (7-21-2011)

unemployment - Google News
7-21-2011

Quote:
- The number of Americans filing new claims for unemployment benefits rose more than expected last week, pointing to a labor market that is struggling to regain momentum.

Initial claims for state unemployment benefits increased 10,000 to a seasonally adjusted 418,000, the Labor Department said on Thursday.

Economists polled by Reuters had forecast claims rising to 410,000 from a previously reported 405,000.

I know! Let's fix this by raising taxes on business, incurring more foreign debt, and blame it on Bush!

Oh, and apparently, this will be the 15th week of more than 400,000 new jobless claims.

SSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, you're not suppose to say anything about how bad the economy or job outlook is, the lefties don't like that, it makes obama look like a friggin ass!

The irony is that "more than expected" and "unexpectedly" are just about the MOST expected words on earth when it comes to unemployment articles from the media doing all they can to defend their master...
