Well, public bathrooms normally don't have a sink right by the toilet, it's in a totally separate part of the bathroom--and it's generally not accepted to walk over to the sink with your pants down.

As I've said serveral times in the past, eventually, the powers that be, would install a tax on toilet tissue (over the fed. sales tax) and/or every time we use the toilet. And they will also find a way to begin taxing us on how many times we have sex. The more you have it, the more tax we will be paying.
