What is a ultra leftest? And what do you fear from one?
Like the left didn't say anything about any of Bush's picks........GEEZ mikeyy are we to stay silent forever?

An ultra leftists is Judge Sotomayor for one and just about any other pick by Obama. I fear they will impose their own brand of reasoning to their decisions that have nothing to do with the law. I fear they will make laws that are unConstitutional and nothing will be done about it. I fear for my country knowing that these ultra liberal justices hate this country as it is and will remake it into some kind of third world dictatorship ruled by the courts.

When the courts get it wrong there is nowhere for the people to go for a remedy.

When did you hear of Sotomayor? And what is it that made you mad at her?

pssstt... Hey Mikeyy, we were making fun of the wackos in our own party. I know the concept of accepting that there are wackos in your party is an utterly foreign concept to you, but we can see them and are willing to laugh at them and marginalize them. The left likes to elect their wackos to congress.

That's the left's new mantra - "Silence the Right" And if anyone says anything about it, lie that the left's been silenced for the last 8 years.

I actually agree with you on this point.

One cannot reasonably expect President Obama to appoint a strict constructionist (as I would prefer); but Jonathan Turley is, at least, an intellectually honest and honorable person, in my opinion. (I am certainly no expert on the man; but that is the impression I have formed over the past 10 years or so, since the man first came to my attention.)

I'ld like to see Grandholm get the nod. First we would have to consult foriegn law we'ld have it first hand, and second it could be part of the MI bailout plan

What if MI sparked the recovery? On the down side we would have to credit Jennifer and Barrac for the recovery.
