I know of one true oligarch -Devos- and a few suspected ones.
According to Britannica an oligarchy is.

Quote:
Oligarchy, government by the few, especially despotic power exercised by a small and privileged group for corrupt or selfish purposes
It's a perfect description of the contemporary Federal judiciary. Strong preference is given to politically well connected candidates from just a few elite law schools. Black robed clad judges show none of the traditional deference to other branches of government or state referendums even administrative decisions come under the sway of the chosen judiciary.

Arrogant district judges issue nationwide injunctions based on their partisan politics while the SCOTUS looks on passively. It's a wholesale corruption of the balance of power specified by the Constitution.

More gibberish. The subject is the oligarchs on the Federal bench.
